Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SyncPulse website and the administrative scheduling platform it describes, operated from 18 Hubert St, Belmont WA 6104. By accessing this website or engaging our platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or platform.
-
1. Nature of the service
SyncPulse provides cloud-based tools for job scheduling, automated SMS client reminders, site photo documentation, team availability tracking and weekly job completion reporting, intended for use by trade businesses including electricians, plumbers and builders operating in Australia. SyncPulse is strictly an administrative and organisational tool. It does not provide invoicing, quoting, payment processing or financial services of any kind, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer of such services.
-
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
Use of the platform is intended for business users, including sole traders, partnerships and companies operating trade services. Where an account is created, the account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under that account. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly to info@syncpulseai.digital.
-
3. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to send unlawful, misleading or harassing communications to clients, to store content that infringes the rights of others, or to attempt to circumvent security features of the website or platform. We reserve the right to suspend access where use appears to breach these terms.
-
4. Content and data ownership
Job records, photographs and other data entered into the platform by a business remain the property of that business. SyncPulse acts as a custodian of that data for the purpose of providing the service and does not claim ownership over content uploaded by users.
-
5. Availability of the platform
While reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform accessible, no guarantee is given that the website or platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
-
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SyncPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or platform, including loss of business, loss of data, or missed appointments. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
-
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and underlying software of this website and the SyncPulse platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants a licence to reproduce or repurpose this material outside of ordinary use of the website.
-
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
